These Terms explain the rules for accessing and using the public Corely website, resources and documentation. They do not replace the commercial terms governing a paid Corely service.
Customer software, implementation, support and service levels are governed by the applicable commercial agreement.
01Who we are
The Site is operated by Corely LLC, referred to in these Terms as Corely, we, us or our. Corely is based in Dubai, UAE. Website and legal enquiries can be sent to info@corely.com.

03These Terms do not govern Corely software services
These Terms govern the public website only. A Corely customer environment, licensed software, implementation services, support, APIs and other commercial services are governed by the relevant commercial agreements. If commercial terms conflict with these Terms in relation to a paid service, the commercial terms take precedence.

The Site is provided on an available basis. We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change any part of it for maintenance, security, operational or business reasons. Public website availability is separate from any contracted service level.

The Site contains general information about Corely products, capabilities, industries, integrations and resources. Functionality can vary by plan, release, configuration, integration, deployment and contract.
