01

Platform and products

What Corely is, how the suite is structured and where each product fits.

What is Corely?

Corely is an AI-ready customer operations platform that connects customer data, conversations, service, workflows, marketing, analytics and business systems in a modular environment. Organisations can deploy the complete platform or integrate individual Corely products into an existing technology stack.

Is Corely a CRM?

Corely includes a native CRM and Customer 360 layer, but the wider platform goes beyond traditional CRM. It also covers contact-centre operations, cases, work and SLA, marketing, analytics and AI-oriented capabilities.

Can we buy Corely products separately?

Yes. Corely is designed around modular products. An organisation can start with CRM, Call, Work, Marketing, Analytics or AI and expand over time, subject to the relevant contract and technical dependencies.

Do we need to replace our existing CRM?

Not necessarily. Corely can operate as a native platform or as a connected layer around existing CRM, ERP, telephony, collaboration and data systems. The integration model depends on available APIs, permissions and the systems involved.

What is Corely CRM?

Corely CRM is the customer relationship and Customer 360 layer. It brings together customer or account profiles, contacts, interactions, service context, products or purchases, opportunities and other lifecycle information relevant to the business.

What is Corely Call?

Corely Call is the contact-centre and conversation product family. Depending on the deployment, it can cover calls, queues, agent operations, recordings, routing, call context and analytics, with call-intelligence capabilities where available.

What is Corely Work?

Corely Work connects customer cases with operational execution. It can include case management, Kanban, tasks, approvals, SLA, routing, checklists and cross-team workflow.

What is Corely Marketing?

Corely Marketing is a marketing control suite covering campaigns, search, social, SMS and email, audiences, forms, partner and affiliate programmes, automation and marketing analytics. Individual capability availability is confirmed for the relevant release.

What is Corely Analytics?

Corely Analytics turns customer and operational data into dashboards, reports and performance views across calls, cases, SLA, marketing, products, customers and revenue, depending on connected data sources and licensed modules.

What is Corely AI?

Corely AI is the product direction for assistants, agents, analysis, call intelligence, conversational experiences and automation. Public capabilities are labelled according to their current release and integration status.

02

AI, integration and data

How Corely connects systems, governs actions and keeps context useful.

Can Corely AI agents connect to tools such as Slack, GitHub or Jira?

Corely's AI architecture is intended to work with connected business tools through supported integrations. The systems, data scopes and actions available to an agent depend on the connector, permissions and commercial configuration.

How does Corely manage AI actions safely?

Enterprise AI actions should use scoped permissions, approved data sources, logging and human approval where an incorrect action could create material risk. AI output should be reviewed according to the use case and is not guaranteed to be correct.

Can Corely integrate with ERP or existing enterprise systems?

Yes, where a supported integration path is available. Corely may use APIs, webhooks, scheduled synchronisation or project integrations. Compatibility with a particular ERP, CRM, telephony or data source is confirmed during discovery.

Can Corely import existing customer data?

Data migration or synchronisation can be included when source data and required mappings are available. The approach covers validation, duplicate handling, data-quality rules, security and a defined source of truth.

Does Corely support multiple languages?

The current insurance implementation supports English, Russian and Uzbek localisation. Availability of other languages is confirmed for the relevant commercial scope.

How does Customer 360 stay accurate?

Customer 360 depends on identity rules, source ownership, data quality and synchronisation. Discovery defines which system owns each field, how duplicates are handled and when information is refreshed.

Can Corely send data to our BI environment?

Reporting data can be made available through confirmed exports, APIs or integration patterns. The specific datasets, refresh schedule, permissions and data-residency requirements are agreed for the deployment.

03

Service, workflow and operations

How interactions become owned work with timing, routing and accountability.

Does Corely include case management?

Yes. Corely supports cases with status, stage, priority, department, responsible user, history and SLA. Cases can remain linked to customer and interaction context and to operational work on a Board or Kanban workflow.

Does Corely support SLA management?

Corely's case-management model supports first response, overall resolution and stage-level SLA, with business calendars and pause or escalation logic where configured.

Does Corely support call queues and agent status?

Corely's contact-centre implementation includes queue visibility and agent states alongside telephony integration. Production behaviour depends on the configured telephony environment and infrastructure.

Can work move between departments?

Yes. Routing rules, assignments, stages, tasks and approvals can coordinate work across teams while preserving the customer, case, owner and SLA context.

Can customers use self-service?

Self-service can be scoped through forms, knowledge, guided workflows or conversational experiences where those capabilities are available and appropriate for the process.

04

Security and deployment

Practical answers about access, environments and enterprise review.

Can Corely be deployed on-premise?

Corely can assess cloud, private, customer-controlled, on-premise or hybrid deployment models where the product and customer infrastructure support them. The final architecture is agreed during solution design and is not assumed for every module.

How does Corely handle permissions?

Corely uses role and permission concepts to limit access to business functions and data. Enterprise configurations can also consider company, department, ownership and individual permissions depending on the module and deployment.

How does Corely protect website enquiry data?

The website uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect enquiry data. Access is limited to relevant personnel and service providers, and retention follows the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

Where can procurement review security information?

Current, approved security, privacy, architecture and deployment information can be shared through the Trust Centre or a controlled diligence process. Evidence is matched to the proposed product and deployment scope.

How are customer environments separated?

Environment, organisation, role and data boundaries are defined for the contracted deployment. The precise isolation and hosting model is confirmed in solution design and commercial documentation.

05

Implementation and commercial scope

Planning, pricing, pilots, support and the route from discovery to rollout.

Which industries does Corely support?

Corely is positioned for service-intensive enterprise environments including insurance, banking and fintech, FMCG and distribution, hospitality and broader enterprise service teams. Industry pages explain the relevant operating model and distinguish current capabilities from future scope.

How long does a Corely implementation take?

Timing depends on scope, integrations, data migration, telephony, workflow design, security and deployment requirements. A Discovery Workshop defines the target process, data sources, pilot, dependencies and success criteria before a timeline is proposed.

What happens in a Corely Discovery Workshop?

A Discovery Workshop maps business goals, customer journeys, roles, pain points, workflows, systems, data, integrations, KPIs, SLA and target outcomes. The result is a proposed pilot or implementation scope with dependencies, risks and next steps.

How is Corely priced?

Corely uses enterprise commercial proposals based on products, implementation scope, integrations, deployment model and organisational requirements. A proposal is prepared after the relevant operating and technical scope is understood.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. A pilot can focus on one clearly defined customer journey, team, channel or integration and use agreed success measures before broader rollout.

What support is available after launch?

Support, service levels, release management and operational responsibilities are defined in the applicable commercial agreement. The model can reflect the deployment, modules and customer operating hours.

Where can I find technical documentation?

Public product and integration concepts are available in the Documentation area. Customer-specific implementation guides, credentials, architecture details and confidential materials remain in protected documentation environments.
